Attendance, Absence, Fine, Re-Admission Fee rules

  • 1. As regular attendance is an important requirement for successful results, a previously written application for leave must be submitted well in advance in case of illness and other unforseen circumstances. The guardian should inform the proncipal in writing as soon as possible. A minimum attendance of 80% of the total working days is required in the academic year falling short of which the student will not be allowed to sit in the examination.
  • 2. The name of any student who remains absent for 15 days without leave shall be struck- off the rolls. On re-admission fee of Rs. 100 will be charged and Rs. 2 per day will be charge as "absence fine".
  • 3. A student whose name has been struck off the rolls for absence without leave and who has been habitually late or persistently careless or in disciplined may not be re-admitted in the school.
  • 4. Every student must be present on the re-opening day after each vacation.
  • 5. It is advisable to ensure that a student is not disturbed during the examination dates and is not forced to attend any family function.
  • 6. No student can leave the school premises without the permission of principal.
  • 7. The principal has the right to suspend any student. The principal may also ask the parent/guardians to withdraw their child from the school if his/her conduct or progress is not satisfactory.
  • 8. All entries of absence, late coming or half-day leave should be make in the diary & not on sheets of paper.

TMAIC is well connected to Zaidpur town through various means of public conveyance the school conveyance also run between the school and the carious carious areas of the town.

  • 1. The number of school conveyance is limited guardians are, therefore, requested to make their own conveyance arrangement as for as possible.
  • 2. School conveyance facility, if availed by guardian, will be for the entire session. In exceptional cases, a guardians may discontinue with it by giving one month's notice or one month's conveyance fee.
  • 3. In case the school conveyance does not reach on time due to mechanical brake down or due to the illnesss of the driver, guardians are requested to make their own alternative arrangement However, the school tries its best to provide satisfactory service.
